What is the current shipping policy?

While this section is posted on the site, the following shipping policy is in place:

• Free shipping on most orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes)
• Flat rates starting at $5

At this time we are unable to apply this policy to prior orders.

When will I receive my order

With the additional safety precautions being taken at our warehouse and office, we are experiencing delays in order processing. At this time we don't have exact timings of delays, and are unable to guarantee a shipping date - it can take up to 3 weeks for your order to process. We are monitoring our operations closely and will keep you posted about when your order will arrive.

How will I know when you're no longer experiencing delays?

What is the current return policy?

While this section is posted on the site, the following return policy is in place:

We are not accepting any returns for the time being. In order to qualify for a deferred return, please use the Contact page form and start your Message with "Deferred Return Request" followed by your order number. If your message is within our return policy window, we will notify you when we are ready to accept your return. Please only send one message per order.
